June 2003, Honolulu, Hawaii CDS entered into an agreement with HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union(HiUSA) to provide merchant credit card services to the customers of HiUSA. Those companies that can and do accept credit cards and have a business checking account with HiUSA will have special rates and fees when they utilize CDS as their merchant service provider. HiUSA had decided to link with CDS after negotiations with other providers did not satisfy HiUSA with the servicing level comparable to that which CDS would provide.
